Top 6 chess tips for beginners are :-
1) Look at the entire board as a whole :- By just looking at the entire board as a whole set of pieces , it ramps up your chances of winning the game , because you tend to make less mistakes and this is what most grandmasters advice , it is their one of a secret ingredient to win the games of chess .
2) Castle early :- This is what I mentioned in my earlier chess article of best opening tricks , as it remains more or less the same because the main objective is to keep your king safe from your opponent's threats and what's more better than castling , by castling you get to keep your king safe and after that you can focus on the other things .
3) Forget random moves :- Most chess beginners start by playing random moves which can hardly fetch you any matches to win , as I always mentioned that chess is a game of strategy , and your random moves shows your opponent that you have not planned anything , from now onwards start playing intentionally on board so that you can win it that time .
4) Put yourself in your opponent's shoes :- Always take your time and try to think why your opponent played that move or just assume that for a moment you are playing as your opponent and then find out what are your own loopholes or I say blunders that you made and what can lead your opponent to take advantage of . By just doing this you will start winning more matches for sure .
5) Move pieces into squares which are in control of your own other pieces :- Every time you move your pieces on board just see to it which square isn't being attacked by your opponent or is being in control of you own pieces , which can save you your losing game in anytime , and keep in mind it is absolutely fine if you don't have a piece defending a piece sometimes when you know what you are playing .
6) Before moving your piece analyze your own pieces first :- This one is little related to the previous one but I have to put this in different category because it has some special thought to it. Remember there has to be some synergy in your pieces for example suppose your queen is defending your rook and if you move your queen to capture some minor pieces like pawn , knight , bishop then you will lose your defender for rook and that might change the entire game . Simply put never move unless you know how it will affect your game in the risk for a defender of your own pieces .
Now that you know how to play it smartly , but it will only work if you apply that right and if you want to take your game to new heights then you can check out this amazingly well written article from me specially for chess players who want to hit their matches hard . Thank you !!!☺
P.S:- Comment down below if I have missed something in the list or not , your suggestions is what I want , it makes my day , Cheers .
