2 Knights defence trap explained (best tricks , traps , opening strategies).

Welcome chess lovers to another blog of ours , in this blog we are about to learn a new gambit known as 2 knights defence trap , from the name itself you will know that this gambit is some what initially defensive and later becomes a trap .

This gambit is for black as  white tries to trap you but you get out of it easily and trap white back .
Let's see this in the video below so that you get the clear idea of what it is.

Variation 1 ( Checkmate )

As you can see in the video we forced white to play some moves which led to checkmate .

Let's see another variation which won't be a checkmate but will capture the white's queen which will eventually be a win-win situation for you as black's pieces are developed and white's pieces aren't.

Variation 2 ( Queen capture )

As you can see in the video that how whites looses it's queen and hands over the entire game to black . This gambit is so effective that it's actually a counter of White's gambit and also traps white into it .

Let's see just one more variation for queen capture as this trap is  deadly enough which only leads to checkmate or queen capture.

Variation 3 (Queen capture 2 )

All these variation don't leave any chance to paralyse white into it's own strategy and only captures king and queen , which makes it very useful for you.
So next time you get traped into white's moves try these variations and win the game .

Wait but did you notice that this gambit is somewhat similar to my older blog on Schilling-kostic gambit explained., if you don't remember go take a look at it .
