Principles are :-

1) Move with purpose - Always move pieces and know what you are playing instead of playing random moves because you never know what your opponent might be planning .

2) Dominate  the centre - There is no denying that centre is the most strategic place on board and if you grab the centre then you have a match winning advantage.

3) Move your both centre pawns -  As mentioned above centre is the most strategic place for you , for making it the most,  then start by moving your central pawns as it the most shortest distant pieces for you from the centre  .

4) Develop your minor pieces - The plan is to keep your king safe  , develop your minor pieces such as knight , bishop , pawns for this to be executed correctly .

5) Move with a plan - Since chess is a strategy game , plan it before your checkmate is planned by your opponent because you don't want to miss any opportunity to trap your opponent.

6) Castle early -  Keeping king safe will make you focus on other things for the game and have your king covered and not being exposed to the threats of your opponent.

7) Analyze threats - As I mentioned earlier that your opponent have planned your checkmate , that's why you will get surprise threats , so move your pieces according to your threats other wise it's a game over situation for you.

8) Fork the  pieces - Forking not only means attacking 2 pieces at the same time by your knight but also double attacking your opponent's most valuable  pieces because it surprises your opponent and at the same time it helps you command the game .

9) Control open lines -   Get in your bishops and rook for controling the lines diagonally and straight squares and they will play a criticise role for your victory .

10 ) Always try to checkmate - Look for ways in which you can trap your opponent by making him/ her think that you made blunder but in the end he is checkmated badly , by gambits .

Now that you know how to ace the chess game , remember to practise more often because you will only get better if you practise everytime . If you want to know the benefits of this game for your health then you can check out my blog . Cheers
